The partnership of Paul Busby and Richard Hoyland combines over 40 years of experience in both reclamation and new building material supply with an enviable reputation for honest, reliable service to both “trade” and retail customers alike.

Source4 do a large amount of “Trade to Trade” business and are well connected throughout the UK and European marketplaces for architectural antiques and finery. Our business exports all over the world, with North America being a regular destination for doors, hardware and architectural antiques.

The ethos of Source4 has been honed through thousands of hours of “hard yards”. Both Paul and Richard regularly travel the length and breadth of the UK and Europe in search of architectural antiques and interesting examples of stone and metalwork.

Source4 are a completely unique company: We are proud of our project gallery (samples of which can be viewed here). We are supplying private customers now on their third or fourth house, and at any one time we are engaged on long-term projects as exclusive suppliers of everything from footings to finial, and the kitchen sink in between.

Directly or indirectly, we have worked with many well-known companies and individuals, and supplied or bought goods from countless sites, including Warwick Castle, the London Underground, Stoneleigh Abbey, Packwood House and King Edward's School in Stratford-upon-Avon.

At the same time, we send out many sample parcels of 3 or 4 tiles: many single pallets of key period items or reproduction goods. Almost every original item we sell has its 21st century copy within our portfolio, and we welcome an unusual item or a challenging build.
