This type of character grade engineered flooring has been designed with stability foremost in mind and is especially suitable for underfloor heating.
It is manufactured using a veneer of solid character grade oak, which is bonded to a layer of plywood. This combination ensures an extremely strong, stable and versatile wood.
The 21mm depth of this flooring is fully load bearing and can be laid and secret nailed directly onto floor joists. Both the 21 and the 15mm depths can be bonded directly onto a concrete or existing wooden sub-floor, floated or secret nailed onto either floor joists, battens or an existing wooden floor.
