TERMS & CONDITIONS - RECLAIMED & REPRODUCTION BUILDING MATERIALS

1)  All goods remain the absolute property of Source 4u Limited until paid for in full with cleared funds.

2)  All prices subject to the rate of VAT applicable at the time.

3)  All prices are subject to review as and when suppliers to Source 4U Limited implement price changes.

4)  The liability of Source 4U Limited shall not exceed the invoice price of the goods concerned.  All liability for consequential loss is expressly excluded.

5)  All deliveries are Kerbside only.  Any deliveries "off road" are entirely at the customer's own risk.

6)  Source 4U Limited will have the power to remove unpaid for goods from a customer's site if the need should so arise.

7)  All sales shall be governed and interpreted according to the law of England & Wales.  All customers must agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

8)  Risk to the goods shall pass to the buyer/customer upon delivery or collection of their order.

9)  Any damages must be notified to Source 4U Limited in writing or by email or fax within 24 hours of receipt.

10)  All returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
